Myofascial Release

Myofascial release (MFR, self-myofascial release) is an alternative medicine therapy that claims to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

People more familiar with cupping procedures are aware that the markings are indications that the treatment has been successful in drawing out harmful pathogens and toxins.
These toxins are present in the deeper tissues of the body along with stagnant, dead blood cells and lymph, and debris of worn out body cells.

Regardless of your health condition(s) (for example, migraine, nausea, sciatica, etc.), the reflexologist focuses on the entire pattern of the reflexology therapy, starting at the toes and working down the foot. A complete reflexology therapy session uses many different techniques and includes all of the points on both feet.

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral manipulation is the practice of an experienced therapist using his or her hands to move and release fascial restrictions in your abdomen and pelvis to encourage the normal movement and function of your internal organs. Most people are familiar with the idea of joint and muscle restrictions causing tightness ...

Massage Therapy Benefits

From as early as 2700 B.C., massage was used by several ancient cultures to treat injuries and cure deadly conditions, and became the preferred treatment for sports and war injuries.
Massage therapy continues to hold its place as one of the most effective, safe and natural ways to treat mental and physical ailments.
