She also believes that to obtain proper information clear communication is not just necessary but essential,  Its through this that a clear and precise treatment plan can be obtained to treat the needs of her clients. Wendy has taken many courses such as Reflexology (through the college of Reflexologists), Therapeutic Ultrasound and Myofascial Release.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release (MFR, self-myofascial release) is an alternative medicine therapy that claims to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.
